Commercial & Contractual Frameworks

We review your current commercial systems, procedures, forms and templates to identify gaps, inconsistencies and unnecessary complexity. We provide practical advice to simplify and strengthen the way your business manages tendering, procurement, contract administration and commercial risk. Our smart approach focuses on practical, user-friendly processes that project teams can follow easily, save time and support more consistent commercial outcomes.

Our integrated approach

What we can assist with

  • Review of current commercial systems, procedures, forms and templates.

  • Identification of gaps, inconsistencies and unnecessary complexity.

  • Simplified procedures and workflow frameworks for tendering, procurement and contract administration.

  • Template suites for tender review, subcontract review and project handover.

  • Registers for securities, claims, variations, notices and key obligations.

  • Commercial audit and assurance processes.

  • Guidance notes, internal tools and training for contract administrators and project teams.

How we work

  • We build around how your business actually operates rather than imposing generic templates, and we cut complexity wherever it is not earning its place.

  • The test we apply is simple: can a project team follow this easily on a busy job. Frameworks that pass that test get used, save time, and produce more consistent commercial outcomes.
