How we work
We start by understanding the project, the contract and the commercial pressures the team is actually facing, then focus on the few things that most affect risk and margin. Support can be a one-off review at a critical point, such as before signing or during a difficult negotiation, or ongoing input across a project.
We work with head contractors and subcontractors, consultants, and in-house commercial and project teams across the rail, infrastructure, industrial and building sectors, in Sydney, across New South Wales and Australia-wide.

Frequently asked questions
-
No. Commercial Link Advisory is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. We provide commercial and contractual support, reviewing contracts from a commercial and risk perspective. Where a legal interpretation is required, we recommend you also engage a qualified Australian legal practitioner.
-
As early as possible. Reviewing contract conditions and risk allocation before you sign, or before you finalise a bid, is where the greatest value usually sits, because commitments are still able to be shaped. We also regularly assist teams mid-project when a commercial issue has already arisen.
-
Both. Some clients engage us for a focused review at a key milestone, others for continuing commercial support across a project or portfolio.
